Refreshed Recipes of Epic Retreats

Welcome to Refreshed Soul's Recipe Blog!

Mark and I have a passion for pastors and ministry leaders like yourself and we love to create experiences on Epic Retreats that promote rest, rejuvenation, encouragement and deep connection with the Lord.

We understand the profound impact that all elements have in each Epic Retreat - from the lodging, adventures, scenery, and meals - every aspect of our retreats makes a lasting impression on our guests.  Food is a major part of the experience our guests will encounter. Each recipe I share isn't merely a list of ingredients; it's a reflection of the laughter around shared meals, the heartfelt conversations, and the moments of deep connection experienced during our retreats.

For those who've walked the path of a Refreshed Soul retreat, each dish I present is a gentle reminder of the transformative journey we embarked upon together. It's a chance to revisit those moments, to rekindle the spirit of fellowship we experienced together.

Jeremiah 31:25 says, “I will refresh tired bodies;

I will restore tired souls.”

Psalm 34:8, says, “Taste and see that the Lord is good;

blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.”

Together, these scriptures echo the sentiment of our gatherings, where the goodness of God is tasted not only in the food but also in the moments around the table.

Now, you can continue to remember those moments in the comfort of your own home. As you explore these recipes with me, I invite you to not only savor the flavors but also to pause and reflect on the memories that have shaped us, refreshed us, and drawn us closer to the heart of God. Welcome to my Refreshed Recipes Food Blog, where every dish is a taste of heavenly grace and renewal.
